Link crouched down, sheathing his sword, and looked at the undergrowth. He saw two sets of tracks: horse hooves and hobbit feet. Michelle and Kit. But where’s her assailant? Carefully, Link crawled around on his hands and knees, ignoring the pain shooting up his right leg. He followed Michelle’s tracks to the other side of the clearing. She seemed to have left in the general direction that Kit’s tracks lead. Except these tracks are coming into the clearing. Michelle went the wrong way! Link turned around and followed the footprints back
